What I'm building

Every lease starts with someone's idea. A first storefront. A bigger plant because orders finally caught up. A lab for a drug that doesn't exist yet. A warehouse that lets a small brand ship nationwide.

The building is just where that story happens. Finding it should feel like the start of something, not a pile of PDFs and email chains. Gravitate helps brokers find the right space for the people behind those stories.

Other things I've built

BioReact

For BioReact, a bioprocess analytics platform for scientists, I built the ML and AI MVP. BioReact later raised an oversubscribed pre-seed of about $1.07M.

Nobody Leases a Building

Commercial real estate says it's a people business, then runs searches in a format that throws away the most honest thing the person tells you.

Teach the Call, Not the Clicks

The work worth handing to a bot is full of small judgment calls, and the only practical way to hand them over is to show the work and say why.

"Laptop-Friendly" Means Nothing Without a Speed Test

"Laptop-friendly" café lists are vibes, not information, and better information is what ends the fight between cafés and the people who work from them.
